Description:
Ed Pekurny is an average guy who thinks there is nothing to lose for him, if he signs a contract as leading character in a new reality show.
The show becomes an darling of the public over night and the likeable somewhat simpleminded Videoseller becomes a national idol. Everything is great – until Ed falls in love head over heel with Shari, his own brothers girlfriend. The audience loves it, as very private moments become the centre of attention in the show and everyone discusses Ed’s and Shari’s private life in Magazines, Newspapers and on shows. Viewer levels rise as millions of fans want to catch every single moment of this real soap opera.
It is very understandable, that Ed and Shari are not too happy with this situation…
Christian Kane in this movie:
Unfortunately Chris only turns up on screen once during the whole movie. He plays a young production assistant who has a band and wants to get Ed to play a tape of his band on the show for promotion.
He looks really cute in this movie. Sad for us, that his scene is so extremely short.

Unterhaltsame Mediensatire 
The movie pokes fun at film industry. It looks like reality shows, such as big brother, should be criticised but due to the fact that the movie doesn’t seem to take itself too serious, the criticism stays hidden a bit.It is, however, a nice film that distracts you for a while, gives you something to laugh about and Popcorn goes along with this movie really great ;)
